At the heart of the design lies a central courtyard and pool, forming the focal point of the villa. All habitable spaces on the ground floor enjoy direct access to this serene oasis. The layout is anchored by a central lobby, which divides the villa into two distinct wings. This clever configuration allows for independent operation, offering potential for commercial use.

Designed with the coastal climate in mind, the villa incorporates single-banked spaces, deep-set louvered openings, and intricate mashrabiya screens to promote natural cross-ventilation. Solar protection is achieved through the use of high thermal mass coral stone, a material well-suited to the region's conditions.

Expansive covered terraces are thoughtfully positioned to frame breathtaking views of the sea, offering a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.
