Located in the heart of Ukunda, this development features seven coastal-themed, three-story villas, each offering two studio units with shared lounges and private balconies.

Designed with the coastal climate in mind, the development embraces principles of environmental sustainability. The layout and facade design prioritize privacy for each studio unit while incorporating traditional coastal architecture elements. These include Mashrabiya screens, crenellations, and louvered openings that enhance ventilation and shade. The high thermal mass walls, combined with a coral finish on the external walls, provide natural cooling, ensuring comfort in the warm coastal environment.

This design blends modern functionality with traditional coastal aesthetics, creating a harmonious living space that respects both the environment and the rich cultural heritage of the region.
