The residence

The project encompasses a modern mid-rise residential development of a mix of studio and one  bedroom apartments in the heart of Kiambu county.

The facade is defined by clean lines, balanced symmetry, and vertical articulation. A neutral palette of whites and greys is punctuated by mustard-toned panels that add visual rhythm and warmth. Floor-to-ceiling windows and corner glazing enhance light and openness, while cantilevered balconies introduce depth and outdoor functionality. The design achieves a refined urban presence that integrates harmoniously with its landscaped surroundings.
