Shauri Moyo is a low-income neighborhood located in Pumwani, Nairobi, just 3km from the Nairobi CBD. As one of the city’s oldest housing estates, it has a rich history and serves as a vital part of the urban fabric.

Given its historical significance and strategic proximity to one of the country’s major commercial hubs, the area has been designated for the development of affordable housing. The project includes a variety of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, alongside essential social and commercial amenities.

Designed to accommodate the evolving needs of modern urban living, the development aims to provide comfortable and sustainable housing for Nairobi's growing population.
