MHASIBU ESTATE-community club

Conceived as the architectural focal point of the development, the Clubhouse is defined by a composition of bold geometric forms, expansive glazing, and distinctive mono-pitched roof planes with clerestory windows that establish a strong contemporary identity within the estate.

The facility accommodates a range of recreational and social functions, including a gymnasium, crèche, mini theatre, bar lounge, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and dedicated games spaces. These amenities are organized around landscaped outdoor terraces, swimming pools, and sports courts, reinforcing the relationship between architecture, recreation, and the surrounding environment.

Designed as both a destination and gathering space, the Clubhouse forms the social heart of the estate while contributing a distinctive architectural landmark to the wider development.
