Haven haus-Kiu

This project showcases the design of a contemporary 4-bedroom residential home located on a 1/4-acre plot in the serene heart of Kiambu County.

Considering the high density of homes in the area, the design prioritizes creating a sense of openness and connectivity with natural light. Key architectural features include double-volume spaces with ribbon windows in the lounge, corner windows and skylights in the staircase area, and bifold doors that seamlessly extend the living spaces to open terraces.

 

These elements work together to enhance the flow of light and space, offering an airy and inviting atmosphere.
