Gedi COVE

26  / 04 /  2026

Gedi Cove is a coastal residential estate comprising six Airbnb villas, with a mix of two- and three-bedroom units. The villas share a harmonised architectural language, while variations between flat and lean-to roof forms introduce individuality and visual rhythm across the development.

The estate is conceived as a predominantly pedestrian environment, with landscaped walkways, natural stone cladding and tropical planting reinforcing its relaxed coastal character. Rather than relying solely on outward views, the design is organised around carefully framed internal vistas, with each villa centred on a private pool courtyard.

Primary living spaces open directly onto this courtyard, strengthening the relationship between indoors and outdoors and allowing the pool and landscape to become an extension of the interior experience. The planning also maintains predominantly single-banked spaces, supporting natural cross-ventilation, daylight and climatic comfort throughout the villas.

Together, the courtyards, material palette, roof variations and landscaped pedestrian setting create a cohesive estate that feels both private at the scale of the individual villa and unified as a larger coastal development.
