Nestled in the picturesque coastal region of Kenya, this 3-bedroom villa seamlessly fuses traditional coastal charm with modern architectural innovation, featuring unique oblique geometric forms that set it apart.

At the heart of the design lies a central japanese styled-courtyard forming the focal point of the design linking the main house to tertiary spaces such as the pool and gym area.

Designed with the coastal climate in mind, the villa incorporates single-banked spaces, deep-set louvered openings, and intricate mashrabiya screens to promote natural cross-ventilation. Solar protection is achieved through the use of light-coloured high thermal mass coral stone walls, a material well-suited to the region's conditions.

Covered terraces are thoughtfully positioned to frame breathtaking views of the sea, offering a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.
