anaiah heights apartments

Anaiah Heights Apartments  is a six story apartment block located in Woodley estate along the Kibera Station road.

 

The theme is based on contemporary architecture maintaining  the integrity of the façade materials, clean geometry lines and shapes,  abundance of natural light and openness both in interiors and to the outside.

The project entails 2 two -bed room units on each floor accessed from a central lobby area with the core having both a staircase and elevator for circulation. Each unit 66 sqm, with the following spaces:

• En-suite Master bedroom

• Single Bedroom with shared wet area

• Underground water storage tank 52.5 lit capacity

• Common rooftop terrace

• Rooftop storage tank capacity 4600 lit.
